Dr. Ana Laura Ames
Graduated from the UABC Mexicali School of Dentistry in 2011.
She is 36 years old, and since graduating in December 2011, she started working focusing on the area of oral rehabilitation, covering aesthetic and implant treatments.
She has a degree in implants, in oral and aesthetic rehabilitation, and many other courses and training.
She loves learning, and is very motivated to continue improving, she is constantly training to perfect her techniques and keep herself updated.
Her area of expertise is Smile Design using the artistic, non-invasive and amazing Flow Injection technique, using a mix of composite to achieve the perfect balance between aesthetic and function.
But overall, what she enjoys most is helping her patients overcome their fear to the dentist, guiding them through treatment so they understand what they are doing, and offering them emotional support throughout the process.
Her mission in AVA Smile Studio is to create a friendly and trusting environment for each patient, which helps us develop a cordial relationship between dentist-patient that will last for years.
Dr. Sergio Acevedo
The other side of AVA Smile Studio, and who created the name.
He is 37 years old, and graduated from UABC Mexicali School of Dentistry in 2011, with different degrees and training, where the Diploma in Implantology from the University of Pennsylvania UPENN stands out.
A doctor passionate about offering unparalleled care to his patients, who takes care of every detail before, during and after treatment.​
Dr. Sergio is known for being a lover of perfection and for having a critical eye for every detail in all procedures.
His work has focused mainly on oral surgery, with an emphasis on dental implant treatments, he loves to give his patients the possibility of chewing and eating without worry or discomfort.
In the area of dental aesthetics, he loves the challenges that this represents, from the first appointment he listens carefully to the individual needs and concerns of each patient and plans the cases in advance and carefully.
